Persuasive Speech

The speech went pretty good. I still do not understand why I am nervous. I was a little under the time. Should have added some more information. The ASPCA is a good cause. We are donating to them in place of giving favors for our wedding in the fall.

Informative Speech

Hey! So today was the 2nd test of class. I practiced tons of times at home and in my car. But once I'm standing in front of everyone, once I pronounce a word wrong, I get incredibly frazzled, feel myself turning bright red and speed up everything that I'm saying, hurrying to get out of the spot light. I think it's ridiculous that I let that one mistake get to me. I don't even really care what anyone in the class thinks of me, so that's not what makes me nervous. I wonder what did... Oh well. Can't wait for the next one!

Life in a bag speech

Hey everyone! First speech this week and I got an "A"!! I feel very proud. I was very nervous at first but as I kept talking it got better. As long as I'm talking about something I know I feel I am less nervous. I am looking forward to the next speech since it's about my profession. Hopefully, I'll get an A on that too! Until next time...
